December 2021
K4RC organised an OM-OH Set up exercise. The process began with a community envisioning.During the envisioning, community members discussed how they envision a resilient Samburu. They identified boundary partners and outcome markers (detailing the expect, like & love outcomes).
The second envisioning meeting was for stakeholders in Samburu. Local CSOs, community leaders, and National CSOs in Samburu attended the session.
TESTIMONIAL
“I learnt about the OM-OH M&E Framework in September and equipped development practitioners in Samburu on how to carry it out a few months later. The community members & stakeholders appreciated the OM-OH participatory model. “We are leading the development process and not project officers,” remarked community members.
We will develop a formal document and it will be validated by the Samburu community & County leaders. This document will be complete with a vision, mission, boundary partners, outcome challenges & outcome markers for the Samburu K4RC Project,”
